CAN I GET AN EXAMPLE OF MY DESIGN?

With your quote, a sample is always included that they use for production. Creating a completely realistic design is possible, but this takes 2-3 working days and incurs additional costs.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

In principle, we deliver our products all over the world. Usually, the shipping costs are included in all orders

WHAT IS THE WAITING TIME?

On average, creating a neon sign takes 6 to 8 working days and is delivered throughout Europe within 2 days.

Do you need it urgently? Then we can arrange an express order. Contact us!

WHAT FORMATS ARE POSSIBLE?

We start from 30*60cm, but that is not possible for most designs. On average, a neon sign is 100x30cm.

We try to replicate your design as accurately as possible in Neon, which means that sometimes it is not possible to deliver the desired size of the design, and the design may turn out larger than you wanted. We will always keep you informed about this. 

CAN I REQUEST A RUSH ORDER?

No worries, we can prioritize your order over the other orders in the factory (for an additional fee) and deliver it to you even faster. Just send us an email or call us to discuss the options.
