CAN I GET A PREVIEW OF MY DESIGN?

Your quote always includes an example that they use for production. You can make a totally realistic design, but this takes 2-3 working days and additional costs are involved.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

In principle, we deliver our products all over the world. Usually the shipping costs are included with all orders

WHAT IS THE WAITING TIME?

On average, it takes 6 to 8 working days to make a neon sign and it is delivered throughout Europe within 2 days.

Do you need it quickly? Then we can arrange a rush order. Contact us!

WHAT FORMATS ARE POSSIBLE?

We start from 30*6cm, but that is not possible for most designs. On average, a neon sign is 100x30cm.

We try to copy your design as best as possible in Neon, so it is sometimes not possible to deliver the desired design size and the design may be larger than you desirable. We will always inform you of this.

CAN I REQUEST A RUSH ORDER?

Don't worry, we can (at an additional cost) give your order priority to the other orders in the factory and deliver it to you even faster. Send us an email or call us to discuss the possibilities.
