Will you hang your design outside? Then choose the 'waterproof' option so that your sign can withstand the weather conditions. Do not use the sign for a long time in the rain, we recommend that you always hang the design outside under a cover/canopy.

Your neon always comes standard with a 3 meter long transparent cable and a plug made for the EU. The neon signs can also be used for at least 10 years and have a manufacturer's warranty of 1 year.

HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM MADE NEON SIGN COST?

CAN I HANG MY NEON OUTSIDE?

Yes, we make outdoor signs! If you want to hang your sign outside, let us know! We will make your sign slightly different so that it is safe to use outside, and provide it with a special power supply. Please note that dimmers cannot be used on outdoor products, and you should always protect your sign from extreme weather conditions.

WHAT WILL MY NEON LOOK LIKE?

Sometimes it's hard to imagine what your neon sign will look like in real life. Or maybe you're not sure what color you want for your sign, you can't decide which will look best in your space. HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our LED neon lights.

However, this does not cover damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during use.
