If you urgently need an order, we can create an express order (for an additional fee).

You have 3 options:- Attach it to the wall- Hang it from the ceiling- Use 3M Strips

Of course, we can also provide all 3 options if you would like (please let us know before your order).

Alternatively, if you cannot mount or hang your sign, we can offer you a standing stand option.

We are a Dutch company; all private customers and businesses in the Netherlands must pay 21% VAT.

Businesses outside the Netherlands but within the EU do not pay VAT; you can enter your VAT number in the shopping cart on our webshop (after you have added the item to your cart).

Businesses outside the EU do not pay VAT, and there is also no display of VAT number required.

Private individuals within the EU pay the VAT / TAX for their region on our webshop.

There is an indoor and outdoor variant of LED Neon Signs, please check the description of your offer to see if it is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

We make LED Neon lighting for outdoor use; however, this is a separate product and must be included in the request.

If you plan to hang your Neon sign outdoors, we have a special IP67 variant for that. Let us know if we need to adjust your quote to an outdoor LED Neon Sign.

Note: dimmers cannot be used on outdoor products, and you must always protect your sign from extreme weather conditions.

Sometimes it is difficult to imagine how your neon sign will look in real life. Or perhaps you are not sure which color you want for your sign, and you can't decide which will look best in your space. Don't worry, our designers will send you a mock-up before we finalize your design, so you can be sure that your sign is exactly what you want!

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our LED neon signs.

Damage during transport will be fully compensated as we will produce a new neon sign for you. If there is very minor damage, we can also resolve this in consultation by offering partial financial compensation.

Damage within 2 years of use pertains to the LED neon lighting, the dimmer, and the adapter.

If there is damage to your neon sign, please provide a photo + video of the damage as evidence. Send this to our customer service, and we will process the warranty claim within 2 working days. Most likely, we will replace the damaged part completely free of charge.

However, this does not apply to damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during use.

All our indoor products are delivered plug & play, making them very easy to install yourself.

For our outdoor signs, it is also possible to hang them yourself, but they are only partially delivered plug & play. You will need to connect the electrical components (with instructions) and mount them to your facade.

Neon District has an installer network throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, and we can assist you in installing your signage. We would be happy to connect you with our trusted partner installer in your region.
